This fully furnished 2-room apartment receives  1 or 2 people in Tübingen- Hagelloch,  near the university clinic, the Uni-Morgenstelle,  the CIN (Center of Integrative Neuroscience)  . It features a terrace, a private entrance, a living-dining room, a bedroom, an office section, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a utility room. The entrance has closet.

 

The nonsmoking apartment has antiallergic parquet and tile flooring. The bed sheets and covers, rugs, and fabrics are also antiallergic for your comfort. The apartment is cleaned every 14 days and has a weekley change of bedding, towels and bathroom utensils.

Apartment Features

 

• Living-Dining Room: The modern and bright living room has comfortable seating and views of the countryside.  Internet and WLAN,  Satellite TV, DVD, radio and CD player, telephone (free within Germany). An inviting dining section serves 4 people. Ambient lighting completes the relaxing setting.
• Bedroom: Enjoy a good night sleep in a high-quality king size bed (200 x 200 cm). The large wardrobe provides plenty of space to put away your clothes. Bed sheets and covers are changed weekly. A small desk  is at your disposal.
• Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equiped with: tableware, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop oven with grill, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, and toaster. In other words, you find everything needed for preparing a pleasant meal.
• Bathroom: Have a shower or a bath, towels are arranged and get fresh every week. You find hairdryer,cosmetic mirror and washing machine for your convenience.
• Utility room: you will find a tumbler and an ironing-board to take care of your  things. And you can place your luggage in this separate room.
• Terrace: The small terrace is accessed from the living room. Relax in a deck chair under a parasol and enjoy the peace while reading a good book. Every now and then your eyes catch wonderful glimpses of the Swabian Alps and the village of Hagelloch.
• Pets: pets might be allowed, please ask owner Rental.

 

Your boarding-home is in a wonderful place between a big forest named Naturpark Schönbuch and the lovely region of the Schwäbische Alb with it's special UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

 

A few steps and you reach the forest for a long walk or for your jogging with a marvellous view of the gentle mountains. Take a walk to the Kunsthalle Tübingen with it' s exhibitions of art - to the middle-aged castle of Hohenentringen with a nice restaurant and a beer-garden - or to the very interesting botanic garden of Tübingen with it' s plants and flowers of different seasons and parts of the world. If you want to take your car and make an excursion - there is the Schwäbische Alb (1 hour) there is the Black Forest (1 hours) and the Lake Constance ( 1 hours ) near by.

 

• Rate: starting 75,- € per day all incl. valid for 2 persons.
• Minimum stay is one week.
• Special Offer: Occupancy of 2 weeks 70,- € per day of 3 weeks or longer 65,- € per day and final cleaning.
• Long-term stay possible. Please ask for a special arrangement.
• Also included in the price: all costs of electricity, water, waste disposal, radio and TV free, Internet and phone calls within Germany. Weekly change of bedding and towels and apartment cleaning every 14 days.
